Description
Join us Friday, June 5, 2015 from 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. at the Chamber office for some insightful and informative discussion with President of the Central Ohio Better Business Bureau, Kip Morse!
Developing a Culture of Character: When You Need to Do It, You Will Know
Based on the UncommonSense® framework of 20 ethical characteristics that support effective leadership and positive, flourishing relationships in the workplace and the Trust Framework for Organizational Ethics. Kip will walk through the resources and tools to develop Leadership Teams built on the Foundation of Trust.
Principled and Genuine. It’s not enough to put words to your principles. You must live them each day with authenticity.
Values Others. A true leader wants all of his team members to succeed, and thus not only values their time and efforts, but expresses that sentiment to each.
Seek Results. Every job, task or project must have goals. The end game is to seek results which will benefit all involved.
You must know your purpose and strive to achieve the results you desire.
Display Growth. If you seek results and lead your team to achieve them, you will most certainly display growth.
EthicalEnterprising is a term coined by the Better Business Bureau that describes organizations that are led according to the highest standards of character ethics and managed with the highest competency practices.
