Description
The Chamber is excited to present Robert F. McCarthy of Bricker & Eckler as our featured speaker.
Rob will be talking about common economic development tools, such as tax increment financing (TIF) and new community authority (NCA), as well as other common tools. This conversation is meant to help community members understand how these economic development tools that have been used in our community and others throughout Ohio work and provide an understanding of the benefits, challenges, and impacts on communities.
