Learn how to administer core HR functions in compliance with state and federal laws. This five week program will provide a legal and practical analysis on how Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, HIPAA, OSHA, FMLA and FLSA impact your hiring, leave policies, handbooks, compensation, discipline, and separation of employees.
