No experience necessary, open to the public.
There is no cost for this course, classroom and equipment provided.
Introduction to shooting Sporting Clays as a shotgun sport. The event is for shooters or non-shooters who have not shot Sporting Clays and are interested or curious. There is no cost for the event, shotgun shells (12, 20, .410 gauge) and targets will be supplied. Shotguns will be supplied as needed, or to bring your own as available. Each time slot will consist of a classroom-style safety course for handling a shotgun and instruction on how Sporting Clays is shot, followed by actually shooting a few stations of Sporting Clays. Approximate time for entire event is 1.5 hours which includes 45 minutes of class time and 45 minutes of range time.
