Mary is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and attended Grove City College for her undergrad degree.  Mary pursued her  Master degree in Human Resource Development from The Ohio State University while working full-time as the Vice President of Human Resources and Marketing for Rax Restaurants, in the early 1990’s.  She has held numerous leadership positions in both the restaurant industry and the creative services industry.    Known for being a little entrepreneurial, Mary ventured out on her own in January 2015 and formed her company, Leadership Edge Solutions.  Mary is passionate about helping leaders develop themselves and also helping them to develop other leaders.  She is a certified John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer and Coach and is also a re-seller of the ZeroRisk Profile tool, used for pre-employment screening and personal development.  Mary resides in Gahanna with her husband Paul.
