Mindset is a simple idea.  Understanding mindset can make all the difference in 2015.  Most people believe that their basic qualities, like innate intelligence and strengths, are simply fixed. Therefore not much attention is paid to developing them. Secondly, there is a prevailing belief that these traits alone produce success. This First Friday will encourage participants to evaluate the validity of these widely held beliefs.
In this First Friday, we will learn what can contribute to achievement and successful outcomes in 2015.  What if you could change your results just by changing your belief?  Is that possible?  Participants will leave with an understanding of why innate intelligence and ones strengths are just the beginning and not the end point in contributing to a successful 2015.
