We’re launching a brand-new Buffalo Wild Wings GO location in Sunbury and looking for a driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help build, lead, and scale this fast-paced takeout-focused concept from day one.
This is a high-impact role — you’ll work directly with the General Manager to hire the team, set the culture, and deliver an elite guest experience.
Area and Responsibilities:
Operations-Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure speed, accuracy, and food quality
Team Leadership-Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team from the ground up
Guest Experience-Deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service in a takeout-first model
Financial Performance-Assist in managing labor, food costs, and hitting revenue targets
Execution-Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
Growth-Help scale the store and prepare for future leadership opportunities
Requirement Details:
Experience- 1–3+ years in restaurant leadership (Shift Lead, Supervisor, or AGM)
Leadership-Strong communicator who can motivate and hold a team accountable
Work Ethic-High energy, hands-on, thrives in fast-paced environments
Mindset-Growth oriented, solution-driven, and reliable
Availability-Nights, weekends, and opening period flexibility required
