Description
This free retreat is specially designed for adults who are navigating grief and longing for spiritual connection. Whether your prayer life has been disrupted by loss or you’re simply seeking new ways to draw closer to God, this sacred space offers time to pause, reflect, and be renewed.
Attendees will experience:
- Quiet, personal prayer and meaningful group reflection
- Guided experiences in forms of prayer such as Lectio Divina, Breath Prayer, Body Prayer, The Examen, Imaginative Prayer, Chanting, and Journaling
- Time for discussion and spiritual companionship
- A closing communal prayer service
