Production Print Analyst

About this Role:
The Production Print Analyst will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and ensuring the success of the Production Print program in the Columbus market. This role supports pre- and post-sales activities by providing technical expertise on production print equipment, managing installations, conducting customer training, and improving internal processes for the program. This individual serves as a resource for internal teams and customers, facilitating communication between sales, service, and customers to ensure smooth transitions and overall satisfaction.
- Drive customer satisfaction and program success by maintaining strong communication with key stakeholders on customer projects and serving as a liaison between the sales and service teams
- Provide pre-sales support, including preparing demonstrations and samples for customers, performing workflow testing and configuration, and preparing collateral and campaign materials
- Provide post-sales support, including conducting site surveys, managing installations and workflow set up, customer training, and ensuring smooth transitions from sales to service
- Serve as the subject matter expert on production print software and workflow to be able to contribute in technical presentations and training and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Perform Fiery configuration, server management, and color profiling on production print devices
- Collaborate with sales and service to address customer issues and ensure continuous improvement in workflows
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Work closely with vendors and manufacturers to stay up to date on equipment information and maintain effective workflow designs and integration strategies with client input
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, serving as a resource for inquiries and concerns
- Conduct regular customer check-ins and proactively share relevant equipment information
- Maintain customer communication records to ensure effective follow-up and customer support
- Build and enhance processes to improve internal workflows, better support customers, and facilitate the program's future growth and expansion
- Continually work to improve product and industry knowledge through research, training, and manufacturer updates to support all aspects of production
- Assist with other pre- and post-sales duties as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to take initiative with a strong sense of ownership over work
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Highly customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

- Prioritize customer service and client satisfaction
- Proven success in project management
- Experience supporting a team and in collaborative roles
- Certifications in relevant software or applications (Fiery, G7, etc.) is preferred
- Previous production print experience is preferred
- Experience working with print server applications and graphic design software is preferred
